Goofy is one of the oldest terms in board sports and we have Goofy himself to thank for the term of “Goofy Stance”. In board sports, if you are riding your board Right foot forward, you are riding “Goofy” stance. On the opposite, if you are riding your board Left foot forward, you are riding “Regular” stance.
