Turn a can of lychees into Strawberry Lychee Jam and a pitcher of Jasmine Lychee Lemonade! I’ve shared these recipes in my newsletter last year, but the jam is essentially 1 part lychee and 2 parts strawberries and I like use do 1/4 of the weight in sugar.
