Handstand wall walks are a fantastic exercise to build up your strength for handstand. Physically it’s much harder than just holding a handstand, so if you can knock out a few reps, you are more than strong enough to be able to hold your handstand. it’s also just a great general upper body conditioning exercise that has carryover for a lot of other sports/activities.
