A 32-year-old man was arrested and faces kidnapping charges after a juvenile female was assaulted in Bel Air last week.

In response to prosecutors' push to have Terrion Arnold wear a GPS monitor, Harvey Steinberg said three NFL teams were interested in the ex-Lions CB.

Detectives gathered doorbell camera footage, and charging documents say cameras tracked an SUV through town. Cell tower data also placed the suspect at the location of the attempted abduction.

This week, a Superior Court jury found Torrington resident Brian Hogan, 52, guilty of home invasion, kidnapping and assault. He faces up to 61 years behind bars.
